Roll Up, Roll Up, Ladies and Gentleman – the circus is coming to town!

It’s that time of the year when the Baking Industry Awards are soon approaching and you’re probably deliberating over which category to enter!

Look no further…Rank Hovis are sponsoring The Craft Business Award – here’s a real opportunity for you to showcase your business and highlight to our panel of judges and the baking industry that you really are at the top of your game. And that your reputation and attention to detail is what gets you up in the middle of the night to bake that perfect loaf and delicious Chelsea bun!

This year our judging panel are looking for entrants who ensure craft and quality are at the cornerstone of everything they do; where pride, passion and great knowledge are baked into every product.

If you’ve cracked the secret of thriving in this difficult economic climate, either through risky innovation or a change in the way things are done – with great success – we want to hear about it.

The award is open to all types of craft businesses, whether you have one shop or fifty shops. Entrants might specialise in one area; artisan breads, pies or cakes for example, or could produce a wide range of different products.

To enter the award, download the entry form and get it back to William Reed (detailed on entry form) by May 7th.
