Kart Grand Prix 2008

Thursday 18th September was the annual Karting Grand Prix organised by Rank Hovis to raise funds for the Baker's Benevolent Society.

The event took part at Daytona International Road course in Milton Keynes. A full grid of 13 teams entered, some very good, some taking part!

The three hour endurance race was made up of two classes, with teams competing to complete the most laps. Whilst the sun shone throughout the day Rank Hovis 1 were unable to defend the title they won last year, with this years winners were the Original Cookie Crew. Thanks to all who took part, winner or loser, it was a great day and we raised money for a very worthwhile cause.
