The event (called The Sammies), which is highly regarded within the food-to-go/sandwich sector is taking place on May 13th.  Granary®, the UK’s leading malted brown flour, available from Rank Hovis, is the main sponsor of ‘The Baker Sandwich Maker of the Year Award’.
