The Prize
Three chosen finalists will be invited with a partner; all expenses paid, to the glittering awards dinner at the Grosvenor House Hotel, London, on Monday September 18th 2006. All finalists receive a framed certificate and trophy. The winner will also receive £500.

The Baking Industry Awards is organised by British Baker magazine.
