The Great Rank Hovis Roadshow is all set to make its next stop - at the Bakers' Fair Spring 2011 – Newbury Racecourse

This year, The Great Rank Hovis Roadshow will be taking on a new format; in conjunction with British Baker we will be making our third stop at Newbury Racecourse - at Bakers Fair Spring 2011. We will be exhibiting at the new regional fair for independent bakery companies, cafes and coffee shops based in the South.

Not content with just exhibiting, we are also sponsoring the Bakery Competition Classes, which is open for everyone to enter. There is even a Granary Class, so if you believe you have the skills to make a winning loaf then download the entry form today!

Throughout the day there will be live activity, including seminars from industry experts as well as Rank Hovis personnel – our very own Colin Lomax will be giving a talk on the highly documented subject of Salt in Bread as well as the De-regulation of Bread Weights. We will soon be sending out our exclusive invites, giving you details of what you can expect on the day and how you can benefit by visiting the Rank Hovis stand. We hope you can join us and hear all of Rank Hovis’ exciting new product news, but until then we’re keeping tight lipped!
