As market leaders in innovation, Rank Hovis and Fleming Howden have redeveloped a core range of 15 'perfect mixes'. Our range of mixes have been expertly created, reformulated and refined to ensure they are of superior and consistent quality, uniquely versatile and perfect for our customers' every need.

The signature product in the range is the Polar Scone Mix which has had a recipe reformulation to ensure each scone made from the mix gives excellent volume, delicious flavour and unrivalled results every time. Our Sponge Mix has been rigorously trialled in benchmarking tests - the results proved it is best in its class. Our range covers all key cake, speciality, hot plate and morning good products, but anything you don't find in our core range can be produced by Fleming Howden as they are specialists in developing bespoke solutions for customers.
