British Sandwich Week 2009

Rank Hovis have teamed up with The British Sandwich Association to support British Sandwich Week 2009. This annual event is a great way for our industry to show that it is supporting the UK in these difficult times – so we hope every one of you will support British Sandwich Week this year.

This year's campaign for the event is centre around the 'Hammie', the new sandwich range features three British Quality Standard Ham sandwiches, Granary bread and a selection of ingredients sourced from British suppliers.

The 'Hammie' is a great way for bakers, sandwich makers etc to get involved with the campaign that runs from mid-April to the end of May.

Full details of the 'Hammie' campaign and point-of-sale support that’s available log on to www.sandwich.org.uk. All you have to do is register to take part in the week - it's completely free - and you will be able to access the information you need to take part.

We hope you will support British Sandwich Week this year with your own version of the 'Hammie'!

British Sandwich Week officially runs from 10-16th May.
