Rank Hovis was acquired by Premier Foods in March 2007.

Premier Foods is the UK's largest food producer, and has a turnover of £2.25 billion. The company employs around 18,000 people in the UK.

In Northern Ireland, Ormo is Premier Food's bakery brand. A household name for generations of families, it is brand leader in Morning Goods.
