white and brown bread without compromising on taste or texture, Hovis
Best of Both is aimed at the whole family – it reassures mums whilst
appealing to dads and the younger consumer who would ordinarily reject
brown bread.
Most of the goodness of the Hovis Original brown bread is in the wheatgerm.
Wheatgerm is the very heart of the wheat and is a good source of calcium,
vitamins E, B1, B6 and riboflavin. For Best of Both, Hovis has captured
this wheatgerm and locked it into white flour, sealing in more fibre,
vitamins and minerals than normal white breads.
Available as breadmix, Hovis Best of Both can produce loaves, morning
goods and tin or oven bottom products.
