add water and you can produce exceptionally tasty Madeira cakes with
perfect consistency and an excellent shelf life. It really is that
simple!
American Doughnut Mix
Our yeast-raised doughnuts have been rigorously trialled and tested to
give you the best results in volume, consistency, minimum fat uptake
and perfect process tolerance. It ensures that all the doughnuts buns
and Danish pastries that you can produce from this mix look and taste
irresistible every time.
Fruit Cake Base Mix
This mix has been specifically formulated for cherry and sultana cakes.
You can also produce excellent celebration cakes with the addition
of caramel colour and mixed spice. It’ll make the fruitiest fruit

All you need to do is add water to this classic mix and you can produce
consistency high quality Genoese slabs, units, cup cakes and gateaux
bases. It makes an excellent Battenburg cake and by adding cake margarine
