We use our technical skills to select raw materials sourced only from approved suppliers, ensuring that customer specifications are fulfilled. We are involved with plant breeders in the selection and testing of varieties, and our annual in-depth new crop assessment provides a timely and informative overview of each year's harvest. Rank Hovis mills approx 1.4 million tonnes of wheat a year. About 80% comes from the UK, and the rest from European and worldwide sources. All grain is bought to stringent quality standards that reflect the needs of a wide range of customers.
