Rank Hovis and its electronic billing system (EBS) was an industry first. We are able to provide you with an easy, paperless and problem-free way to manage your invoices.

EBS allows you to view your invoices via a secure page in the Rank Hovis website, or to receive them as email attachments, with the following benefits:

• Simplicity: all your bills in one simple electronic format
• Speed: invoices can be viewed immediately through a search facility
• Access: all invoices are available to view for six months
• Security: secure 'verisign' website - an accepted method of ensuring that your information is kept safe when doing business online
• Accuracy: no postal delays or lost invoices
