We are involved with plant breeders in the selection and testing of varieties, and our annual in-depth new crop assessment provides a timely and informative overview of each year's harvest. Rank Hovis mills approx 1.4 million tonnes a year. About 80% comes from the UK, and the rest from European and worldwide sources, meeting stringent quality needs across a wide range of customers.
